Digital communication is the process of connecting with people through digital channels. This can involve launching campaigns on social networks, distributing newsletters by email, distributing advertising banners or publishing articles.
Companies can use digital communication to extend their reach, share specific messages, and build lasting relationships with their audiences.
What is “inbound marketing”?
“Inbound marketing is based on a content creation strategy that attracts visitors in order to convert them into leads and then into customers, using techniques such as marketing automation, lead nurturing and content creation. » (Hubspot). Inbound marketing, or pull marketing, is opposed to outbound marketing, an approach in which the advertiser imposes its advertising content on the target. This is known as push marketing.
Inbound marketing has the power to provide the consumer with exactly the answers they are looking for at exactly the time they need them. This helps to build consumer confidence in the company and improve your brand’s image in the marketplace. However, to be well received by users, the content must be educational and of good quality.
Inbound marketing strategies also make your products more attractive to prospects, because they don’t give them the impression that you are trying to sell them a product.
What steps should you take to implement your inbound strategy?
There are two data formats, structured and unstructured:
- Structured data is organised according to a formatted repository and often stored in a relational database.
- Unstructured data, on the other hand, is data that can be easily processed by humans, such as photos or videos.
