  • Write the email in 100% HTML (no photos, except possibly at the end, otherwise the email will be rejected in spam)
  • Personalise with the first and last name
  • Give a good reason to contact the person
  • Ask only one question
  • Suggest an appointment to facilitate the return
  • Quote clients to reassure
  • Send the email before 9am and after 5pm
  • Iterate until satisfactory results are obtained: 50% open rate, 10% response rate, 25% bounce rate
  • Perform l’A/B Testing (requires a large number of emails to be effective)
